Delete your FollowAI account

You can delete your FollowAI account and its data at any time, either in the app or by email.

In the app

Open FollowAI and go to Settings → Account → Delete account. Your account is deleted straight away.

By email

No longer have the app? Email support@11app.dev from the address you signed up with, and ask us to delete your account. We'll confirm once it's done, within one month at the latest.

What gets deleted

Your account, sign-in details and settings
Everything you follow, and your notification settings
Photos you added
Your star balance. Unused stars are lost and can't be refunded.

Good to know

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your Apple Account settings (iOS) or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions (Android).
Purchase records we must keep for tax purposes are kept for up to 10 years. Search requests are removed within 30 days and crash reports within 90 days.
